Executive Agency for Upstream Oil and Gas (BPMigas) recommended four pillars in the revision of Regulation No. 22/2001 on Oil and Gas, so the investment in that sector is not disturbed.
Finance Minister Agus Martowardojo confirmed that the government will issue a Government Regulation on Cost Recovery this late of November. The draft regulation has been stalling for two years. "Next month. I think in the fourth week of November," said Agus, at his office in Jakarta, Friday (29/10).
